Once work has started on a project, refunds cannot be issued for deposits or completed work.
Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final website design and agreed deliverables become the property of the client.
Erika Web Solutions may display completed projects within its portfolio for demonstration purposes.
