Quotations & Payment
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Project pricing will be confirmed before work commences.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may delay project timelines.
Project Deposit
A 50% deposit is required before any design or development work begins. This secures your project within our schedule and allows work to commence.
The remaining balance is payable upon project completion and must be received before the website is delivered, transferred, or published.
No Refund Policy
Website design involves significant time, planning, and creative work. For this reason, all payments made for services are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced, deposits and payments for completed work cannot be refunded.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary content, images, branding materials, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing required information may affect the agreed project schedule.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed website design and agreed deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received.
Erika Web Solutions reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Erika Web Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services provided.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing website content, maintaining backups, and ensuring all supplied information is accurate and lawful.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, videos, or other content supplied to Erika Web Solutions does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
